One of my main functions as vice principal of artificial intelligence services at Banorte Financial Group is to look for new trends and functionalities to develop according to the needs of the company. All this has been thanks to two fundamental subfields of AI, machine learning and deep learning. Machine learning involves teaching machines to learn patterns from data, allowing them to make predictions and decisions based on those patterns.
Deep learning, in turn, uses artificial neural networks to analyze data hierarchically and abstractly, which has led to significant advances in areas such as natural language processing and recognition of objects, images, etc.
